WHERE SCIENCE MEETS SOUL

This spring, I'm honored to be featured in Season 2, Episode 1 of the PBS docuseries Recipe for Wellness.

It was an incredible experience to film in Bali last June, just after leading my annual retreat.

I had the chance to share my own recipe for wellness — where devotion meets science, gratitude meets metabolism, and women remember the power that was always theirs.

    CHECK OUT FOOD AND FREEDOM

A journey in reclaiming wholeness through food, presence, and personal truth.

In a culture that equates discipline with worthiness and obsession with health, Food and Freedom offers a much-needed return to self. This is not another set of rules or a call to restriction. It is an invitation to integrate nourishment with mindfulness, sacredness, and fulfillment.

Through a blend of modern nutritional science, depth psychology, and embodied wisdom, Sue Van Raes brings forward a grounded, liberating approach to how we eat and how we live. Her work has helped thousands of women untangle from diet culture and come home to themselves—fully, gently, and sustainably.

Food and Freedom is a road map for making lasting peace with your plate. But more than that, it is a guide to experiencing life from a place of enoughness.

Because food was never meant to be a fight.
And wholeness was never meant to be earned.

    MEET SUE

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

    I’m Sue

I help women transform the way they eat, think, and live—creating more peace, presence, and pleasure with food and with life.

Through a powerful blend of functional nutrition, food psychology, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and integrative health, I guide women to release the stress around eating, rebuild body trust, and experience real freedom at the table—and far beyond it.

This is where you return to your body’s wisdom. This is where you align with your true nature. This is where you finally remember who you are.

We all need an owner’s manual to our own bodies. Sue Van Raes offers us just that. It is as though Van Raes is a trusted girlfriend, sharing secrets to health over a cup of comforting herbal tea, Sue offers what many of us have been looking for to provide the suggestions to reboot our own lives.
