Come join us this fall for a beautiful and nourishing women’s retreat weekend.
We will spend our weekend together reconnecting with ourselves, communing with nature, nourishing ourselves with seasonal organic food cooked with love and awakening our feminine nature within in all things health and happiness.
There will be daily workshops, hiking, soaking, 3 satiating meals per day, yoga, meditation, and some free time to reflect and rejuvenate.
The views in this sacred valley are absolutely breathtaking, hiking amidst the golden and crimson fall leaves is magical, the hot springs are incredibly mineral dense and relaxing, and connecting with others often creates new lifelong friends and community. We look forward to you joining us!!

*TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Sue Van Raes, Boulder Nutrition, and Joyful Journey Hot Springs and Spa WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses.
For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment ensuring that you can receive a full refund for unforseen circumstances above and beyond your control, purchase travel’s insurance with a cancel for any reason clause. These insurance companies include Global Rescue, Ripcord, and AIG. These policies can be crafted to cover the cost of your entire retreat and your airfare for a very reasonable fee.
A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
