Last night, I made the Portobello mushroom patties and have a lot left over for tonight and beyond. I placed the patties on top of zucchini noodles and cauliflower rice and added a bit of vinaigrette dressing (homemade) and it was scrumptious. Made a few of your smoothies, and miso mushroom soup w/ kombu. And hemp heart tabbouleh - yum…all super easy and yummy. Oh, and I have a jar of chia pudding in the fridge as well. I even had a guest this past week and cooked most of the time so she ate what I did and loved it. So, this Kleanse is off to a good start.

CAN I HAVE A COCKTAIL NOW AND THEN?

CAN I EAT AT RESTAURANTS? 

Yes. In general you’ll want to stick to healthy restaurants, or fast-casual restaurants that focus on quality ingredients and lots of vegetables (Flower Child and Modern Market are two examples). Order dishes that focus on vegetables and protein.
