WELLNESS WARRIOR FREE LIVESTREAM MINI-SERIES


Welcome Friends. As I hunker down at home, physically distancing has become part of my personal mission to help contain our current health pandemic. Considering many of you are doing the same, I thought I would create WELLNESS WARRIOR livestream mini-series for all of us as a tool to support our health and well-being.


Each week I will join you via livestream (you will receive the link when you sign up below) Tuesdays and Fridays at Noon (MST). I will be teaching you some health and immune boosting strategies, some ways to stay calm, improve your sleep, how to eat for optimal strength and vitality, ways to build your home yoga and meditation practice (all levels) while we join together in community (facebook group included!).


* If you cannot make the scheduled time, each session will be recorded and sent out after the livestream.


This is a free mini-series (we will start Friday March 20th) will continue for the next 3 weeks, but I may extend this into coming weeks as needed.
