EP 61 :: HOW STORY IS SALVE FOR THE SOUL {WITH DR. ANITA JOHNSTON}

Today, it is a great honor to host Dr. Anita Johnston on SATIATE.

Anita Johnston, Ph.D., CED-S, is a depth psychologist, storyteller, and author of Eating in the Light of the Moon: How Women Can Transform Their Relationships with Food Through Myth, Metaphor, and Storytelling, which has been published in seven languages.

Not only is she an absolute treasure, doing incredible work in the world (you'll know what I mean when you hear her strong and wise voice), she also takes some time to share some of her favorite myths and stories with us, those she uses in her work helping women heal their relationship to food and body.
