"WHEN YOU LISTEN TO HER WHISPER, YOU NEVER HAVE TO HEAR HER SCREAM"

”What makes you a woman isn’t a nuisance that you need to override within your life, health, eating, and spiritual practice. Rather, women’s hearts, intuition, inner wisdom and cycles are the golden core of our embodied living.” ~ Sara Avant Stover

Join me and special guest, Sara Avant Stover as we explore living from the more feminine and intuitive approach within yoga and meditation to healing on a deeper level — while coming home to a more feminine orientation of life.

Sara Avant Stover is a two time bestselling author, teacher of feminine spirituality, yoga and meditation instructor, and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner.

LISTEN AND LEARN:

  • How Sara’s journey has led her to both teaching, writing, and living more into a sacred feminine approach with yoga, self-care and living.

  • How we can use our spiritual practice to elevate our psychological healing, deep rest, worthiness, and self-love.

  • What we we can do to align our yoga practice (and living) with our organic cycles and rhythms.

  • What listening to our body and moving from her wisdom can actually look in our many aspects of our lives.
