What a journey it has been! Since the launch of Food and Freedom just a few weeks ago, I've been thoroughly enjoying sharing my work in a more expansive way.

It's been delightful connecting with so many individuals at my book events and parties, participating in numerous interviews, and engaging with my community.

I'm thrilled by the warm reception Food and Freedom is receiving from the world.

And last Friday night, as I kicked off my Colorado weekend with the 30 women who joined me, Food and Freedom soared to the number one spot in new releases on Amazon. I was elated and immersed in a well of joy that was simply incredible.

I thought it would be perfect to share some of the ups and downs in an interview with my very own book coach, Joelle Hann, also known as Brooklyn Book Doctor. Joelle has been an invaluable support for Food and Freedom and has also become a dear friend and peer.
