As you know, spring is inherently a time of renewal. We can see nature reflecting this for us with her spring bounty everywhere we turn.

That said, on an individual level we can mirror nature by exploring our individual internal springs, revealing where the various aspects of our personal worlds are beckoning attention and renewal.

For some it may be elevating our diet or spring cleaning our houses, for others lightening our emotional health by processing real-time emotions or practicing forgiveness of self or other.

Renewal comes in many forms. Renewal can be uplifting the places life gets stagnant, planting a garden, replacing the old with the new, or letting go of what is no longer serving us.

Join me in listening to today’s incredible podcast episode with special guest, Lisa Fierer. Listen and hear:

  • An in depth exploration of healing trauma –– real time

  • When blocking her feelings of rage, Lisa prevented herself from feeling joy as well

  • How we can use embodiment practices such as ancient yogic practices to support PTSD

  • The juicy (and surprising) aspects of practicing forgiveness, including boundaries, rage and saying NO

  • Why self-forgiveness (specifically around shame and sharing) can offer some of the most healing aspects of self-love.
